• Address –  6691 Fairwood Drive Acworth, GA 30101. This is about a 25 minute drive from PCST without traffic & sometimes double that during traffic so plan to give yourself plenty of time to commute!
• When should I arrive? – Plan to arrive no later than 4:45 PM. 
• Where do I park? – They asked us to ask park on side streets and not the main road- park on sidewalk side of the roads. Feel free to drop off your stuff/kids and then go park if it makes things easier.
• Volunteers – Check in with Kathy Ware at tables set up in front of the clubhouse.

  • Every family must contribute at least 4 meet halves to make the team work, so please pitch in!
• Concessions will take cash or credit cards & they plan to have grilled burgers, pizza, drinks, etc. 
• What events will my swimmer be competing in? – Line-ups will be published on Thursday late morning or early afternoon. Stay tuned & keep checking your SwimTopia app. There will be diving blocks at this pool so warn your little ones that we'll be experiencing something new! Coaches will have them practice during warmups to get comfortable diving from the blocks.
• What should I bring to the meet? - They ask everyone to give the edge of the pool a bit of space, and bring your chair. There will be a viewing area by the tennis court side where we don’t have people sit. We can spread out behind the pool gates all around or on the deck. You should also bring towels, sunscreen, snacks, a sharpie marker, bug repellant, and money for the concessions. We also suggest bringing items to keep your child entertained while waiting for their events. Items such as card games, books, and small activities are highly recommended. 
• When does the meet start? – The first event is at 6:00 PM. 
• How long will the meet last? – Probably around 4+ hours. 
• Are we having practice on the morning of the swim meet? – Yes, we will have the morning practice on Thursday morning at our normal time. It will be lighter than normal.

*We hope that team shirts will arrive by Thursday morning! If so, we'll pass them out at practice or at the meet! 

**We understand that there have been some headaches with the team suit for this year. Many apologies! We'll be changing vendors and suits for next year to try to fix this issue. In the meantime, wear an old team suit or whatever you have. The only rule is that athletes cannot represent a high school or year-round team during summer swim meets.
